Description

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategy

· Generate new business and cold calling prospective clients

· Attract new clients

· Research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects

· Making sales projections and forecasting revenue

· Increase profitability by building strategic partnerships

· Nurture and develop relationships with key business accounts

· Make strategic business decisions

· Negotiate contracts

· Develop quotes and proposals for clients

· Training sales personal team and helping develop their skills

· Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events

· Partner with operations manager to ensure completion of campaigns

· Work closely with stakeholders daily

· Meeting and exceed sales goals and KPI’s

· Use Hubspot CRM to track sales leads

· Within first 30 days generate 2-3 strong sales leads with the intent to close sales

· Keep shared calendars, spreadsheets, and project trackers updated with current information

· Coordinating cross-channel communication including email, direct mail, SMS, and social

  • Adaptable with strong leadership skills

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of marketing

· 5+ years of sales, business to business plus

· Background in sales, brand development, or marketing

· Customer service orientated

· 1+ year in the OOH (Out of Home) advertising industry working for an marketing, advertising or media agency

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Knowledge of Inbound sales method to generate leads

· Digital Marketing experience plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
